The rooms were new-fashioned and neat, were equipped with good views of the mountains and heater. The breakfast was warm with a wide array of delicacies.

Lovely stay of 6 nights. Great family run hotel with attentive and excellent co-operating staff and wonderful views over the mountains. Excellent and incredible location and clean facilities.

The rooms at Dekeling Hotel were luxurious and provided stunning views of Kanchenjunga. The location is fantastic, situated just off the main lounge/library and close to a great restaurant and Batasia Loop. it’s within walking distance of the Priory Ruins, making it a convenient spot to explore.

The location is excellent for check in and need not carry your luggage for a long distance. Great staff service and they are very cordial and helpful. The Lady who is incharge is too good and caring. She came all the way down to see us out and wish us happy life. All the rooms are too neat and good. Very spacious and luxurious.

No lifts and you have to climb up the stairs (3rd floor) all the way to reception. You will loose your breath by then and if your room is in fifth floor then that's it. Thats what happened to me. No room heater in the winter season too. You should pay 400 Rs more for the heater is a let down. Should have been included in the room charge.

I had a wonderful experience at Dekeling Hotel. The property offered great value, and the staff was incredibly helpful during check-out. Its central location made it easy to reach popular spots, including Keventers and breathtaking views of Kanchenjunga hill. Plus, there was a lovely restaurant nearby. Our deluxe twin room was modern and comfortable, enhancing our stay.

The owners and staff were all so very warm and friendly, and did whatever they could to accommodate us. The hotel was so conveniently located, very near the central square of Darjeeling. The accommodation was fairly basic, but spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Got a free upgrade to a super clean and beautiful room with a cozy wood-burning stove. the view from the hotel was awesome; we were right up in the mountains! 🏔️

The location was amazing with lots of cool stuff around. There were shopping malls and a market nearby. I enjoyed a cup of coffee at Sonam's Kitchen, which was just a short 10-minute walk away. ☕

This place has a great location, just a short 4-6 minute walk from the downtown area, set in a charming local building.
